Coaching Support sessions are a place to proactively cultivate a sense of meaning and direction, rooted in your values, and to acquire tools to stabilize yourself and your loved ones throughout this transition. Fear of the unknown doesn’t have to be overwhelming when support and strategy sessions are available to assist you in planning your next chapter.

FH&A does not offer packages nor pressure existing or potential clients to book sessions.
We do meet with potential clients to allow both the practitioner and client to decide whether our services could be a good fit. After that, a weekly or bi-weekly appointment slot will be agreed upon. Clients are expected to attend their weekly or bi-weekly sessions regularly, but they are free to discontinue services at any time.

She also developed the inaugural workplace group coaching program for Compassion Fatigue RESET™ which has supported thousands of first responders and frontline workers worldwide since 2017.
