AI's Impact on Employee Mental Health: The Leader’s Guide
Abstract
This guide addresses a critical yet overlooked, aspect of artificial intelligence (AI), which is how AI will impact employee mental health in the workplace. As AI technology rapidly transforms organizational dynamics, it also introduces psychological challenges beyond commonly discussed concerns such as role responsibilities, job displacement, or economic shifts.
Through a comprehensive analysis, we compiled an outline of actionable strategies to prevent psychological harm and increase resilience and staff retention. Ultimately, we provide leaders with recommendations to mitigate the adverse effects of AI, fostering a healthier workforce and workplace culture amidst the evolving landscape.
