Coaching Support
for Tech’s Undue Influence

A free mind is a happy mind.

Free yourself from the undue influence of tech.

While we can’t escape living in an AI-driven world, we can limit it’s influence. Instead of AI taking center stage, directing your thoughts and actions, you can firmly plant yourself and your values at the heart of your lives.

Recovering from tech’s influence is the process of examining how AI and tech have influenced our beliefs, thoughts, and actions, or contributed to cognitive decline. Then mapping intentional steps to build a life beyond its influence. Coaching Support sessions provide a space to reconnect to yourself, your values, and priorities to proactively build routines and boundaries that protect your health and mental health.

New times call for new support.

AI won’t free you from its influence.
A tech-led life is a life mired by new mental health struggles and cognitive decline.

As AI rapidly expands, reshaping our society, it’s also changing us. A 2024 study found that frequent use of AI tools is linked with reduced critical thinking skills.

Amidst the change, we remain the same. Our human needs for reason, planning, empathy, creativity, communication, and relationships will continue to be essential to our well-being. We also have the power to remain in control of our destiny during this time of rapid change and build a life that accesses the benefits of AI, while safeguarding ourselves from negative outcomes.
