Transitions are intense.
Change is hard, and it often leads to better outcomes.
The hardest part of any new chapter is the transition to it, where we leave behind what we know and step into the uncertainty of what lies ahead. In this moment, we must face the unknown, and stand in the open space where the old gives way to the new. While this period of uncertainty is temporary, it can be helpful to seek Coaching Support if it begins to feel overwhelming, isolating, or frightening.
