Coaching Support
for Ethical AI Rollout
Protect your people.
Lead with your values during this transition.
AI’s impact on mental health is an invisible field to many, but the data is here. Certain AI usage causes cognitive decline and a reduction of critical thinking skills. Other AI bots pit team members against each other and break down company culture in days.
Coaching sessions for “Ethical AI Roll Out” are a place to proactively learn, assess, and decide which AI tools you’re on board with and which you want to avoid because they do not align with your values or company culture. Sessions can also be used to plan internal AI governance, ethics, and policies. Strategy sessions that focus on stabilizing your workforce during this transition can help you proactively build your next-gen business.

Things are different now.
Yet we are the same.
A 2024 study documented a staggering increase in existential anxiety, fear of death, and a sense of meaninglessness highlighting widespread apprehensions about humanity’s future in an AI-dominated era.
Though this transition will be challenging, we all have an important role to play in shaping our future as “he who has a 'why' to live can bear almost any 'how'." - Friedrich Nietzsche
Meaning, values, and vision are part of the anecdote that will offset these new concerns and are the focus of Coaching Support sessions at FH&A.
